I took a short break for CNY celebrations and prayer events. It’s always a special time of the year when family and friends return home for reunions and gatherings.

Although I took some time off, progress never really stopped. I still managed to squeeze in some work and move a few tasks forward before returning to my normal routine.

Summary of Key Work

• Progressed on account and block-related endpoints
• Improved the /nem/health endpoint
• Completed namespace transaction puller logic
• Continued LightAPI improvements for better data handling

Work

Nem Explorer (Puller)

• Implemented namespace transaction processing logic, which reads data from the chain and stores it in the database.

**Nem Explorer (**REST API)

• Added the beneficiary field to the /nem/block endpoint, after support was introduced in LightAPI/Python.
• Refactored the /nem/accounts endpoint and improved uint test coverage to make the implementation more robust and maintainable.
• Enhanced the /nem/health endpoint to report backend service health, including the latest synced block information and synchronization errors. This helps the fronted better understand the current state of the backend service and display appropriate status information to users.

Lightapi / Python

• Previously, transaction signer and recipient field were returned as plain strings.
• Wrapper these fields in PublicKey and Address object to provide a more consistent API and simplify usage in the Explorer Puller.
